Return/Refund Policy
If you find an error with your order or need to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at info@americantiresstore.com, and we will assist in finding a quick and convenient resolution for you. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and address any inquiries regarding the product return/exchange procedure.
Please ensure that you follow the return checklist to prevent any shipping damage.
Manufacturer's Warranties
Merchandise covered by a manufacturer's warranty is sold with the warranty extended by the manufacturer to the purchaser. We are happy to help facilitate a manufacturer's warranty claim. For specific tire information, you can refer to each tire model's product page via a "Warranty" link. Information about your tires can be found by brand here.
Apart from applicable manufacturers' warranties, there are no express or implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose.
Return for Refund or Exchange
All returns are subject to inspection by an ATS returns specialist and are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Only unused products that have not been driven on and are undamaged are eligible for return.
Orders that are picked up at one of our distribution centers are only eligible for immediate return or exchange on the same day of pickup. After that period, orders must be reviewed by a returns specialist before an exchange or credit is issued. Please allow 2-3 business days for the credit to be processed. The credit amount will be calculated as follows:
-TIRES: Credit minus all freight charges incurred.
-WHEELS: Credit minus all freight charges incurred. Wheels that have not had tires mounted can be returned; it is advised to test-fit wheels before mounting tires.
-WHEEL & TIRE PACKAGE: Credit minus a $60 labor charge for dismounting and minus all freight charges incurred.
